s one of those that started as one thing and then ended up as something totally different. Actually, many of my creations, that have come about this way, are my favorites just because, well I love the final product, but mainly because I feel like I've challenged myself. I will typically go into my craft room with a basic "plan of attack" for my card design, but my ideas don't always work out. So what do you do if it feels like a big fat fail? You find a new direction for your project and just have fun! I'm not the type to give up easily and I won't be defeated by my own creative block, lol. Well, that's pretty much how this card happened. I was playing around with a few ideas of color blending over a cascade of embossed floral images. But something was missing. Ah ha! -dimension of course! I didn't want the card to be overtaken by florals so I limited the die cut flower images to a small section of the card. Then I needed a sentiment, but, again, with so much going on already on this card, I really needed something that stood out. This is where those gorgeous and fun Hello You thinlits come in very handy. I cut mine in some stunning gold glimmer paper and voilĂ -the card was done! Thanks again for stopping by and please leave me a comment if you like what I've posted today. As always, all products used on this card are listed below.
