This week's challenge is a color challenge and I absolutely love it!
My card for this week's challenge was made using the Peaceful Moments Bundle. Here's my submission:
I love those rainbow roses that you can create with a fun little science experiment using dyed water, and wanted to create a similar look with this card. To achieve this look, I used Watercolor Paper and my Aqua Painter to color my flowers. The inks I used to create my rainbow flowers were Melon Mambo, Pineapple Punch, Bermuda Bay, and Pacific Point.

Thanks so much for stopping by and we would love it if you would join in on the fun! Come check out the TGIFChallenges Blog for more information and more challenges! Participants will have until the following Thursday at 10am PST to post your projects to the TGIF Blog Page. Don't forget to add the hashtag #tgifc258 when you share so we can see what you come up with!

  • Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (#152488)
Bundle #1

    Bundle #2
For this hop I made two cards, both showcase these beautiful bundles. Here are my projects using the Ornate Style Stamp Set, the Ornate Layers Dies, the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set, and the Ornate Borders Dies:
For my first card, I layered on a panel of Vellum and then a second panel of that gorgeous Mint Macaron patterned paper from the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP). I used one of the border dies from the Ornate Borders Dies made from Pretty Peacock Cardstock to layer under my sentiment. I created a two-toned sentiment by inking and stamping my sentiment in Pretty Peacock Ink, allowing it to dry completely, and then inking the lower portion of that same stamp in Versamark Ink. I then added some Gold Embossing Powder and set it. The flower image was colored with both Mint Macaron Blends and Pretty Peacock Blends. To finish it off, I added a few extra die cut flowers, some of those gorgeous Gilded Gems, and some of the Ornate Garden Ribbon.
My second card is a bit more simple, but because this suite is so versatile, it makes any card look divine with very little effort. I used one of the border dies to create the delicate edging of my first Rich Razzleberry panel layer. I also used the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder for added texture. The tiny little dots of Peacock color are the pieces that were popped out from the border die used in the previous card. I thought they fit perfectly as centers for my flower elements. I stamped a few of those sweet little flowers and colored them with my Blends. I finished this card off by adding a few of the Gilded Gems Embellishments. These are such gorgeous little gold gems that add just the right finishing touch to your projects.
Here's a close-up of that lovely Floral Embossing Folder and the perfect texture that it adds:
Lastly, here are the two other projects that I made from the previous hop:
This stunning suite of products is so fun to work with and coordinate beautifully with each other seamlessly. It has everything you need to celebrate your creativity! I hope you have enjoyed all of today's cards and designs. Keep hopping along and check out my other fellow teammates’ pages. They have some pretty amazing projects to share. My cards for this week's challenge were made using the Dressed to Impress Bundle. Here are my submissions:
I made 3 sweet and tiny note cards. I embellished them using both the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the Shimmer Detailed DSP. I love how those sweet little fussy cut flowers look with the sentiments from this set.
Here's a look at the other two cards up close:

Stampin' Up Artisan Blog Hop - Sale-A-Bration 2nd Release

Well, hello peaches! Welcome to the Sale-A-Bration 2nd Release Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop! Each month our very talented and creative team of designers will be bringing you inspiration, so get comfortable and have a ton of fun hopping along with us. You may have just arrived from the wonderfully talented Jan Clothier's Blog. She has made some lovely projects!

Today, we will be showcasing projects that feature products from the Best Dressed Suite combined with products from the 2nd Sale-A-Bration Release. Sale-A-Bration is an exciting time of the year—and it just got even better with more fantastic products to
earn! More products mean more creative possibilities to experiment with! These bundles work so well together, and offer so many options for creating stunning cards and beautiful gifts. I have mixed and matched the two bundles to create my designs today. Here's a look at the entire Best Dressed Suite of products:
      BEST DRESSED SUITE BUNDLE (ENGLISH)
Here is a look at one of the 2nd release Sale-A-Bration products that I will be showcasing in my projects today:
TAGS IN BLOOM PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET (ENGLISH)
For my first card today, I used some Mint Macaron Cardstock for my base and roughed up the edges, to give this card a, sort of, leather and lace look. With all of the feminine features, I liked the idea of adding that extra texture to break up the softness. I stamped one of the stylish heals and colored it with Pretty Peacock Blends. I also used one of the floral images from the set to stamp a subtle background in Mint Macaron Ink around where my cluster would be.
I used the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper for a slight border for my card. I also used the DSP to fussy cut a lovely little flower bunch to ground my shoe and sentiment. I added a few ink splatters in Mint Macaron and some sequins from the Woven Threads Sequin Assortment. Here's a close-up of the finished card:
For my final card, I wanted to create a lot of texture for my background, so I used one of the stitched dies from the All Dressed Up Dies to create a dynamic stitched background. I used Tags In Bloom Stamp Set, which coordinates with both the Label Me Lovely Punch and the Label Me Fancy Punch, for my main sentiment and focal piece. I added a few floral images from the Dressed to Impress Stamp Set that I colored with my Purple Posy Blends. To finish it off with flare, I added a sweet little tassel from the Best Dressed Tassels.
It was so much fun and effortless combining these fabulous products. Sale-A-Bration is the best time of year! For every $50 USD or $100 USD you spend, you get to choose a free item from either the first and/or second Sale-A-Braton brochure that matches the level you spent. You can purchase items from the January–June mini catalog or any other current catalog, and earn free Sale-A-Bration products! These 2nd release Sale-A-Bration products are only available now through March 31st, so grab yours while you can! I hope you have enjoyed all of today's cards and designs. Keep hopping along and check out my other fellow teammates’ pages. They have some pretty amazing projects to share. Bundle #2

For this hop I I made two cards, both showcase these beautiful bundles. Here are my projects using the Ornate Style Stamp Set, the Ornate Layers Dies, the Ornate Thanks Stamp Set, and the Ornate Borders Dies:
For my first card, I used one of the frames from the Ornate Layers Dies to dry emboss my background panel made from Pretty Peacock Cardstock. I then stamped the main floral image in Memento Black Ink and used my blends to color it (Rich Razzleberry and Mint Macaron Blends). To finish it off, I added a few extra die cut flowers and pieces and some of the Ornate Garden Ribbon.
For my second card, I used one of the border dies to create the delicate edging of my first Mint Macaron panel layer. I also used the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder for added texture. I stamped my Peacock layer with the largest floral image in Pretty Peacock Ink. I fussy cut a few floral images from the Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) and then colored them with Pretty Peacock Blends and placed them behind my sentiment. I finished this card off by adding a few of the Gilded Gems Embellishments. These are such gorgeous little gold gems that add just the right finishing touch to your projects.
Here's a close-up of that lovely colored DSP and the perfect texture that that stunning embossing folder adds:
This stunning suite of products is so fun to work with and coordinate beautifully with each other seamlessly. It has everything you need to celebrate your creativity!
