Creative opportunities

I wanted to try a new color combo and chose some softer subtles (along with some of the new in-colors), and I thought it would be a great combo. Here's the truth of it (for me anyways): generally, you can't go wrong with just about any color combo that SU has-so many gorgeous choices! However, I'm finding out that it DOES matter what ratio you use them in on your paper. Keep in mind that this is my own critical view of my own work and I don't judge anyone else's work at the same caleber as mine (this is a general truth for me in all areas in my life-not just crafting). Ultimately, I was not happy with the outcome of my card, but I felt like I should share it anyhow, since it is a great example of how some days I'm, perhaps, less creatively inclined than others. But hey, it's just another opportunity to learn from my mistakes and grow in my artistic design. 😊
