Picture Perfect Birthday Card

Hey peaches! I’m just popping in quickly to share a fun party-packed card today. This card features one of my favorite sets from the Occasions Catalog, the Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set. All of the products I’m using today are a part of the Picture Perfect Party Suite. If you’ve seen this suite, you know it was made for all things “party”! My card today is no exception.

I started with a panel of striped patterned paper from the Picture Perfect Party Designer Series Paper (DSP). Then I took a piece of Pool Party Cardstock, and stamped one of the larger sentiments in Pool Party Ink randomly all over it and then turned it into a banner by cutting the end. Then I stamped one of the sentiments in Basic Black Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock. I layered that onto a banner that was stamped in Lemon Lime Twist Ink onto Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. I also stamped a few candles and a party blower using Lemon Lime Twist Ink, Bermuda Bay Ink, Berry Burst Ink, and Peekaboo Peach Ink and layered them with my sentiment. Before adhering my sentiment/layered cluster, I added a combination of Silver Mini Sequin Trim and Silver Metallic Thread behind my cluster. To complete my card, I added a few silver sequins from the Metallic Sequin Assortment. And that finished off my card! Thanks so much for stopping by and I’ll see you next post!
