It seems I'm always in need of thank you cards; I'm always running out! I figure that's a good thing as that can only mean that I have much to be grateful for. When I was most ill from my autoimmune disease I had a hard time feeling happy about anything, and a close friend really helped me though with some great advise. She said that a great way to get my mind off my pain and current situation was to make a list of all that I was grateful for. So I started to make a list, a new one every day, literally documenting and counting my blessings. I can't tell you how much this benefited my mental well being and my heart. Now I can continue this positive routine in my cards. I can think daily about who I'm grateful for and acknowledge them. I truly have so much to be grateful for. It's a good kind of problem to have. 😊
