#TGIFC330 Inspiration Challenge

My card for this week's challenge was made using the Christmas to Remember Bundle. Here's my submission:

I absolutely love creating my own custom pattered paper. It's super easy too with Stampin' Up!'s amazing color coordinated products. For the striped background, I simply drew lines in Balmy Blue with my Blends to math the Balmy Blue Cardstock base. The final touch: a few Blue Adhesive Backed Gems. Here's a close up:

#TGIFC328 Color Challenge

This week's challenge is a color challenge, which means we get to play along with a fun new color theme!

My card for this week's challenge uses one of my favorite colors-Coastal Cabana, so here's my design using the One Happy Family stamp set. Here's my submission:

I thought that with such a great color combo, I would make a few masculine birthday cards (especially since I always seem to e low on them), so I incorporated the Suite & Tie Dies into one of my cards. I also love the bold look of the black and white stripes in the Pattern Party DSP. Here's a close up:

For my second card, I used the  "happy" from the Christmas Cheer Dies to create subtle texture in my background. Here's one more look at the details:
